The integration of semiconductor and carbon-based nanomaterials into a single hybrid system is a promising direction in modern
nanochemistry and optoelectronics, allowing the discovery of new optical phenomena. The combination of cadmium-free,
environmentally friendly ZnSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) and highly photostable carbon quantum dots (CQDs) allows the creation
of hybrid systems with high synergistic efficiency
