PHILOSOPHICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF FORMING YOUTH SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION
The article analyzes the philosophical and methodological problems of developing youth social responsibility in the context of
globalization. Social responsibility is interpreted as a moral and spiritual quality based on an individual’s awareness of duties toward
society, the state, nature, other people and future generations. The contradictory influence of globalization on young people’s worldview,
values, life goals and social behavior is substantiated. On the one hand, access to information and knowledge is expanding, while global
cooperation, civic participation and commitment to universal human values are strengthening. On the other hand, individualism,
consumerism, information dependency, pseudo-values, social indifference and the virtualization of responsibility are becoming
increasingly widespread. Using systemic, axiological, dialectical, activity-based and civilizational approaches, the article identifies the
methodological foundations for developing youth social responsibility. An integrated model based on cooperation among the family,
educational institutions, mahalla, civil society organizations and the digital information environment is proposed.
