The article analyzes expressive speech acts in Uzbek folk proverbs used in Abdulla Qahhor’s works from a corpus-pragmatic perspective. It identifies microacts of respect, goodwill, hope, confidence, gratitude, contentment, forgiveness, and satisfaction. A hierarchical annotation model—macroact → microact → additional pragmatic function—is proposed to represent the contextual and multifunctional nature of paremias in an electronic corpus.
