THE ROLE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN DEVELOPING SOCIO-PHILOSOPHICAL THINKING AGAINST DRUG ADDICTION
This article examines the educational, axiological, communicative, preventive, and institutional capacities of digital technologies in developing socio-philosophical thinking against drug addiction. The problem is interpreted not merely as a medical or legal phenomenon, but as a complex socio-philosophical issue involving human dignity, freedom of choice, responsibility, social trust, spiritual security, and digital culture. Alongside the preventive potential of digital platforms, social networks, artificial-intelligencebased information services, remote counselling, media-literacy tools, and digital monitoring, the study identifies risks related to algorithmic manipulation, stigmatization, privacy, digital inequality, and misinformation.
