Nonadiabatic effects manifested in the energies and electrical characteristics of the states of positive parity of the nucleus
230,232 Th have been studied within the framework of a phenomenological model taking into account the Coriolis mixing of
low-lying rotational bands. The energies and structure of the states of the lowest bands constructed on internal 0 + -, 2 + - and
1 + - excitations are calculated. It is shown that the mixing effect, which should manifest itself in the nonadiabaticities of
electromagnetic transitions, significantly affects the wave functions of the states of these bands. The calculated values of the
energies are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.
