This scientific article presents basic information over the past decade on the study and improvement of the treatment of factors
blocking the natural passages of the nasal cavities in acute rhinosinusitis. In particular, the data of modern literature on etiology,
pathogenesis (dysfunction and blockade of the natural pathway), clinic, classification, diagnosis, treatment methods (in particular,
the method of pulsating inhalation), complications of acute sinusitis are highlighted. Rhinoscopic and endoscopic symptoms of
the disease include: There is an influx of mucous purulent discharge from the middle nasal passage, swelling of the mucous
membranes of the nasal cavity. Computed tomography showed changes in the mucous membrane of the nasal cavities with
changes in the osteometric complex.
