This article presents the activity of some types of microorganisms in saline soils of irrigated meadows in the Besharyk district of the Fergana region. It has been established that the activity of microorganisms in the soil by physiological groups is associated with the natural and climatic conditions of the area, physical properties, quantitative and seasonal changes in the level of salinity, patterns of distribution and salinity levels.
