This article examines the morphology of trichomes exhibiting the phenotype of leaf and stem hairiness in varieties and lines of cotton G. hirsutum L., G. barbadense L., their similarities and differences, as well as the order of arrangement and ratio of occurrences on leaves were subjected to comparative analysis.
