The article discusses the purification and neutralization of wastewater from aeration plants (Republic of Uzbekistan) by a physical method, using ultraviolet radiation of wastewater after mechanical and biological purification, where liquid chlorine gas is currently used to neutralize wastewater, research has been carried out to select the optimal parameters for wastewater neutralization with ultraviolet radiation. Currently, wastewater treatment with ultraviolet radiation is successfully used in countries such as China, Russia, Canada, the USA and South Korea.
