The article is dedicated to methods for developing linguistic and communicative competencies in primary school students. In the context of modern education, ensuring the holistic development of children, particularly in the field of language preparation, is essential for creating a solid foundation for further successful learning and socialization. The article examines various methodologies and approaches
aimed at improving the proficiency in native and foreign languages. Special attention is given to the use of game-based and interactive methods, project activities, and information and communication technologies. The experiments and observations conducted confirm the effectiveness of the proposed methods, showing significant improvements in students’ language skills and communicative abilities. The results of the study may be useful for educators, methodologists, and specialists developing curricula for primary schools.
