The article examines the issue of communication between higher education institutions and employers, who in turn build networks of interaction based on agreement and mutual consideration of each other's interests in order to improve the effectiveness and quality of education and meet the demand for professional skills of personnel in the labor market. Interaction processes are built on providing a proper communicative environment and having bilateral connections.
