This study is devoted to the analysis of socio-cultural and linguistic factors that influence the process of borrowing words and concepts between different languages and cultures. The article examines the relationship between language contacts, cultural exchange, the degree of similarity between languages, socio-cultural context and historical, political and economic factors. The features of the process of borrowing words and concepts, its impact on the development of languages and cultures, as well as the role of new expressions in
reflecting cultural diversity and interaction between different cultural communities are analyzed
