Based on the study of the psychological characteristics of military personnel, the analysis of the factors that provoke stress manifested in them makes it possible to research methods of their prevention, and methods and means of revealing the socio-psychological characteristics of the manifestation of stress in the person of military personnel are researched and effective recommendations are presented.
