This article explores the role of e-learning in the continuous professional development of pedagogical staff. The study aims to evaluate the advantages, limitations, and future prospects of e-learning, based on the experience of our country's educators. Using a mixed methodology (literature review, survey, and interviews), data were collected from 100 teachers and 10 experts. The results indicate that while e-learning offers benefits such as flexibility and broad accessibility, challenges include poor internet quality, limited digital literacy, and insufficient interaction. The study found that 78% of teachers utilized online courses, with 85% rating its convenience positively. The discussion provides recommendations for optimizing this process, including enhancing digital literacy and improving infrastructure. The article confirms e-learning as a vital tool for educators and outlines ways to increase its effectiveness. Limitations include the small sample size and inadequate coverage of rural areas. Further extensive research is recommended.
