DEMOKRATIK JAMIYATDA HUQUQIY MADANIYATNI YUKSALTIRISH OMILLARINING IJTIMOIY-FALSAFIY TAHLILI

This article is dedicated to a socio-philosophical analysis of factors contributing to the enhancement of legal culture in a democratic society. The significance of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5618 “On Fundamentally Improving the System of Raising Legal Awareness and Legal Culture in Society” dated 09.01.2019, and the Resolution of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 466-I “On the National Program for Raising Legal Culture in Society” dated 29.08.1997 is analyzed. These normative legal documents highlight the democratic development of the country, the advancement of legal awareness and legal culture, the increasing need for legal education and upbringing compared to previous times, and how these factors serve social progress. The article also elucidates the structural elements of legal culture, its main directions, and the outcomes of state policies and reforms aimed at its development. It reveals the essence of prospective reforms in New Uzbekistan, which are directed towards establishing an enlightened society, enhancing the well-being of the people, and ensuring the effectiveness of legal education, in accordance with the laws of development.
