In the model of acute hepatosis, the activity of the enzymes ALT, AST, levels of total protein, glucose, triglycerides, and cholesterol in the blood serum, as well as methods of their restoration using a new supramolecular complex were studied. Our results showed that alcohol-induced fatty hepatosis led to increased ALT and AST activity, as well as elevated total protein, glucose, triglycerides, and cholesterol levels in the serum. These changes were effectively addressed by a new supramolecular complex derived from local plants.
