SYNTHESIS OF C70 NANOSTRUCTURES AND STUDY OF THEIR STABILITY
Nanomaterials based on fullerene C70 with semiconductor properties are of great interest in modern science. In this work, a method for synthesizing nanoaggregates and nanowhiskers of fullerene C70 on a smooth substrate surface is proposed for the first time. It is established that the onset of synthesis of nanostructures containing C70 depends on the substrate temperature. In particular, experimental evidence was obtained that an increase in the concentration of C70 and the substrate temperature leads to an increase in the geometric dimensions of C70 nanostructures. It was found that the synthesized C70 nanostructures are stability to high temperatures
