MICROBIAL ECOSYSTEM OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM OF CATTLE RAISED UNDER DIFFERENT CONDITIONS
This study focuses on investigating the differences in the digestive system microbiome (oral cavity—saliva, rumen, and reticulum) of cattle raised under two different conditions using a microbiological approach. The morphological characteristics of bacteria isolated in pure culture were examined. Identification was carried out using classical methods, MALDI-TOF MS, and molecular techniques.
