One of the important problems facing Uzbek seismologists is the issue of predicting the occurrence of earthquakes. Different views among scientists in the field of earthquake forecasting indicate that the possibility of predicting the occurrence of earthquakes is increasing. Uzbek seismologists have been emphasizing the increasing possibilities of predicting seismic processes. This article covers the history of scientific research by Uzbek seismologists on earthquake forecasting.
