FORECASTING POSSIBLE FLOODS USING THE “GAT PANORAMA” PROGRAM
This article examines the possible floods, their damage and measures to be taken against them, and the potential damage caused by this natural disaster in the “GAT Panorama” program. Floods are one of the most dangerous types of natural disasters. Floods occur mainly in the spring and autumn seasons. The main reason for the increase in floods during these seasons is the high amount of rainfall and humidity.
