THEORETICAL AND ANALYTICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE CONCEPT OF SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL DETERMINANTS
This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of social-psychological determinants. It highlights the interconnections between determination, social environment, the activity of the individual, and internal psychological factors as presented in scientific literature. In particular, the scientific perspective on how social-psychological determinants influence human behavior, communication, and management ability is explored
