CREАTING АND SHАPING АN EDUCАTIОNАL ENVIRОNMENT ОF INNОVАTIОN MАNАGEMENT IN THE GENERАL SECОNDАRУ EDUCАTIОN SYSTEM
This article analyzes the importance of innovative management in the system of general secondary education, strategies and approaches that need to be implemented in creating and shaping the educational environment. The introduction of innovative management in educational institutions significantly contributes not only to improving the quality of education, but also to the intellectual and personal development of young people. The article also discusses managerial innovations necessary to improve the effectiveness of innovation management in the education system, as well as important prerequisites for their implementation.
