THE EVOLUTION OF MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM
This article analyzes the historical stages of development in Uzbekistan’s higher education management system, modern governance models, and the implementation of a digital management system. It highlights the evolution process based on reforms carried out after independence, the granting of autonomy to higher education institutions, and decisions aimed at increasing management efficiency. The article also outlines existing problems and proposes recommendations for further improvement of the management system
