HARMONY OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY IN MODERN SOCIETY
The article analyzes the socio-philosophical essence of the concepts of freedom and necessity. The author explores their role in human and social life, as well as their dialectical interrelation in historical and contemporary contexts. The balance between freedom and necessity is also examined in the framework of globalization, moral norms, and social institutions
