THE IMPORTANCE OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL APPROACHES IN ENSURING THE PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS IN HIGHER MEDICAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
This article analyzes effective pedagogical approaches to ensuring the professional and personal development of students in higher medical education institutions. It explores methodological ways to increase student engagement and the relevance of organizing the educational process based on innovative technologies. The study also examines modern trends that have emerged in recent years, including digitalization, distance education, personalized learning, and competencebased approaches. The article presents analyses based on the latest statistical data from 2023–2024.
