This article provides information about the philosophical analysis of Fazl ibn Ahmad’s scientific legacy and life. In his works “Iddat al-‘Uqul” (The Promise of Intellects) and “Umdat al-Ma‘qul” (The Foundation of Rational Matters), the idea of the immortality of the soul is discussed. In building the New Uzbekistan, the teachings of Rumi — and especially the ideas of Fazl ibn Ahmad — play an important role in educating spiritually mature youth and elevating their moral development in today’s complex era. The effective use of Fazl ibn Ahmad’s treatises “Iddat al-‘Uqul” and “Umdat alMa‘qul” is highlighted as a priority in ensuring social progress, societal welfare, and the fulfillment of human needs.
