GREETING TRADITIONS IN CULTURES OF LANGUAGES WITH DIFFERENT SYSTEMS

Greeting is considered the beginning of any communication, it reflects not only grammatical, but also cultural and social aspects of the language. This article analyzes the linguocultural characteristics of greeting expressions in languages of different systems, and examines greeting expressions used in Uzbek, English, Russian and French on the basis of examples, analyzing their role in the process of speech communication, their use in situations with a social role, and intercultural differences
