COVERING THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONALIZATION FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF WESTERN SCIENTISTS AS A METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR IMPROVING THE ACTIVITIES OF CIVIL SERVANTS
Currently, in the context of digital transformation of the state civil service, employees are required to have new skills and competencies. This article examines the content of the concept of professionalism in the works of the classics of world science, and also provides recommendations for improving the professional skills of civil servants in their professional activities, identifying the main necessary competencies and their development. The purpose of this study is to examine methods of assessing and training personnel in competencies in this area, diversifying training areas (on-the-job training, sharing experience and knowledge with colleagues, introducing modern analytical tools, including support for personnel selection functions, career development and development of employee competencies).
