The article examines pedagogical approaches and methods for training employees responsible for ensuring safety at public transport facilities. The relevance of the topic is due to the increasing demands on professional competence, stress resistance and communication skills of these specialists. The work analyzes modern educational technologies, teaching methods and the formation of professionally important qualities, and also suggests areas for improving training taking into account the challenges of the urban transport system.
