METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING A WEB PLATFORM FOR INDEPENDENT LEARNING ACTIVITIES OF STUDENTS AT THE ACADEMIC LYCEUM OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS

This article develops a methodology for creating and implementing a web platform designed to support the independent learning activities of students at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academic Lyceum. Also, based on this methodology, an algorithm consisting of eleven stages has been proposed, including requirements analysis, learning objectives, scenario development, prototype and beta preparation, security planning, testing and evaluation, technical documentation, user training, implementation, and continuous updating
