Fakhr al-Din al-Razi’s philosophical worldview is comprehensive, encompassing logical, theological, philosophical, and ethical works. His writings, which address pressing issues in various spheres of social life, have become the subject of research for scholars not only in Asia but also in Europe. Despite his innovative approach, his humanistic ideas reveal the deep and clear influence of ancient Greek philosophy – particularly that of Pythagoras, Parmenides, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle—as well as Eastern philosophical thought, including al-Farabi, Avicenna (Ibn Sina), Ibn Miskawayh, and Sufi teachings. Based on the research object, this article attempts to provide a broad and detailed analysis of Fakhr al-Din al-Razi’s views on human nature using the works of the aforementioned authors.
