The article highlights the didactic, methodological and technical principles of the development and effective use of interactive platforms in the process of teaching a foreign language. Platform architecture, content design, evaluation and training analytics, user experience (UX), inclusiveness, and information security criteria are offered in a systematic view based on digital pedagogy approaches such as TPACK and SAMR. The blended learning (mixed education) and flipped classroom (reverse Class) models also provide practical platform usage guidelines, course module pattern, quality indicators, and implementation steps.
