In this article, the period of study of Uzbek word pairs corresponds to the beginning of the 20th century, and they were first studied by Russian linguists within the framework of the Russian and Uzbek languages, comparing them with the Uzbek language. Gulomov, B. Madaliev, N. Abdurahmonov and U. Tursunov and about a dozen similar scientists have studied pairs of words in the Uzbek language and their grouping, methods of formation, as well as compound words. What they have learned separately from their content is presented. The main results in this area can be seen mainly in A. Hajiev's work entitled "Compound, double and repeated words in the Uzbek language".
