“HEDERA HELIX L” YAPROG‘I EKSTRAKTIDAGI FLAVONOIDLAR MIQDORINI XROMATOGRAFIK USULDA O‘RGANISH
Phenolic compounds, including gallic acid, rutin, quercetin, apigenin and kaempferol, were found in the composition of biologically active substances of the plant extract "Hedera helix L". A high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the quantitative determination of phenolic compounds in the extract. As a result, it was found that the chromatogram of the extract contains gallic acid, rutin, quercetin, apigenin and kaempferol in concentrations corresponding to the shelf life of standard samples.
