ENHANCING THE DIGITAL COMPETENCIES OF LIBRARY PROFESSIONALS: CONTEMPORARY APPROACHES AND PRACTICAL STRATEGIES
This article explores the relevance of digital competence in the library sector and analyzes modern methods and approaches to enhancing the digital competence of library professionals. The study examines international experience, competency standards developed by leading organizations, practical methods proposed in research, and several models of digital competence.
