EFFECTIVE PARLIAMENTARY OVERSIGHT IS A FACTOR IN EFFECTIVE EXECUTIVE POWER
This article contains information about effective parliamentary oversight, the importance of its implementation. It also provides information on the level of parliamentary oversight in the Republic of Uzbekistan, signs of parliamentary oversight in foreign countries, in particular, Switzerland and Greece, practical examples, and regulatory legal acts on the oversight mechanism in the world and in our country.
