Abstract: This article analyzes the philosophical interpretation of the relationship between humans and nature and the dialectics of environmental responsibility. The author systematically examines changes in the relationship between nature and humans throughout historical development. The philosophical essence of ecological problems that have arisen in conditions of technogenic civilization and their impact on human life and activity are revealed. The article pays special attention to the role and significance of the concept of environmental responsibility in combating the ecological crisis in the modern world, and the philosophical interpretation of this concept. The dialectics of environmental responsibility is studied by the author from ontological, epistemological, and axiological perspectives.
