ISSUES OF THE JADID ENLIGHTENERS’ APPROACH TO EDUCATION IN TURKISTAN
This article examines the socio-political situation and cultural-educational processes in Turkestan in the late 19th and early 20th
centuries, the history of the formation of the Jadidism movement in our country and its representatives, the activities of our
national intellectuals in reforming the existing education system, and the contemporary significance of the progressive ideas of
the Jadid enlighteners.
