The article highlights the scientific-theoretical foundations and practical necessity of introducing the term “military pedagogical
management” into the military education system of Uzbekistan. It also analyzes the military-pedagogical practices of leading
foreign military educational institutions and substantiates the aspects that can be adapted to the national system.
