FORMATION OF CIVIL SOCIETY AND SPIRITUAL AND MORAL CRITERIA IN UZBEKISTAN IN THE PROCESS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

This article analyzes civil activity, the effectiveness of public administration, and the formation of moral and ethical criteria in
cyberspace under the influence of digital technologies in Uzbek society. The author attempted to illuminate the transformation of
social consciousness, democratic participation, and cultural identity, formed on the basis of modern information and
communication technologies, from a philosophical and theoretical point of view.
