THE PROBLEM OF VOCABULARY BOUNDARIES IN EXPLANATORY DICTIONARIES
The article analyzes one of the most difficult and controversial issues in the theory and practice of compiling explanatory dictionaries - the issue of the principles that should underlie the selection of words for a general (non-specialized) explanatory dictionary, in particular, for explanatory dictionaries of the modern literary language.
