Exceptions for personal use

The use of the following is always permitted to the author(s) and no additional permission is required from the Scientific and Theoretical Journal of the National University of Uzbekistan unless the author changes the format or content of the articles, including the copyright notice: Storing and backing up the article on the author's computer(s) and digital media (eg, diskettes, backup servers, Zip disks, etc.) if the article stored on those computers and media is not easily accessible. persons other than the author(s); Posting the article on the personal website of the author(s), if the website is non-commercial; Post the article online as part of a non-commercial open institutional repository or other non-commercial open publication site associated with the author(s)' workplace (e.g., Professor of Phrenology at Southern University North Dakota) Submit your article in the Southern North Dakota University Department of Phrenology online publication series can show); and Posting the article on a nonprofit course website for a course taught by the author at the university or college where the author works.
