Users of the 2030 Uzbekistan Research Online website and/or software agree not to misuse the 2030 Uzbekistan Research Online service or software in any way. Copyright Owner's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in the Policies or Submission Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
