DETERMINATION OF PROBIOTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF BACILLUS AMYLOLIQUEFACIENS - NUUz 22 STRAIN ISOLATED FROM MEDICINAL PLANTS
Abstract
Growth on solid and liquid media, tolerance to acidic pH medium and bile, evaluation of enzymatic activities such as gelatinase, catalase, hemolytic, amylase, protease and lipase activities were studied and its safety as a feed additive of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain - NUUz 22 isolated from the medicinal plant Kalonhoe degremona was investigated
