FIBROIN ASOSIDA OLINGAN SORBENTLARINING SORBSION XOSSALARI
In this study, the sorption properties of fibroin and sorbent samples derived from it were investigated. These sorbents exhibit specific characteristics and are capable of adsorbing various toxic substances due to the presence of functional, reaction-active groups in their structure. During the sorption process, pores of different sizes and reactive functional groups participate. Therefore, based on their sorption behavior, the pore size distribution of the sorbent samples and the effects of polymer–solvent interactions were examined.
