METHODS OF DESIGNING THE PROCESS OF DEVELOPING SPEECH COMPETENCE IN PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS
This article examines the methods of designing the process of developing speech competence in primary school students. It analyzes
the main components of speech competence, methods for forming oral and written speech, a task system based on the
communicative approach, and the role of interactive educational technologies. The article also highlights the stages of instructional
design, didactic criteria, and effective methodological solutions supported by practical examples.
