This article provides a scholarly analysis of Cho‘li Begimqulov’s role in the irrigation history of Dasht village and his practical contribution to the socio-economic development of the region. The study examines his activities as a mirob, his initiatives in water distribution and the construction of irrigation structures, as well as his efforts to improve the living conditions of the local community. The article highlights Begimqulov’s honesty, dedication, and loyalty, along with his commitment to educating the younger generation, as supported by historical sources. It also analyzes his initiatives such as bringing water to Dasht, building a community club and teahouse, constructing shelters for herders, and significantly increasing livestock numbers in the villages of Novur and Saksandara.
