This article analyzes the formation of agrarian policy in the Central Asian khanates, particularly in the Bukhara Khanate, the mechanisms of its implementation, and its impact on social life. The study examines the legal foundations of agrarian relations, forms of land ownership, the management system of land and water resources, as well as the factors that influenced the development of irrigated agriculture. The article also highlights, based on source materials, the state’s land distribution practices, the activities of administrative officials, the governance system of the beks, and the economic relations between the population and the authorities. This study is valuable for its scholarly conclusions, which contribute to a deeper understanding of the history of agrarian administration in the Bukhara Khanate
