MODERN REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MANAGEMENT POTENTIAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF LEADERSHIP PERSONNEL
The article analyzes the new requirements for leadership in the higher education system of Uzbekistan. Based on the need to move from traditional administrative management to transformational leadership, strategic thinking and long-term planning, innovative management and digital transformation, emotional intelligence and effective communication, analytical and reflective decisionmaking, ethical and legal awareness, and the ability to ensure financial independence are highlighted.
