This article presents the results of an empirical study of cultural orientations and values among student youth in Uzbekistan. Based
on a survey of 60 respondents (predominantly aged 19–22, 75% ethnic Uzbeks), the manifestations of collectivism, power distance,
uncertainty avoidance, family values, and ethnic identity are analyzed. The results confirm a high level of collectivism (85% show
a strong family orientation), respect for elders (90%), traditional values (88%), and the central role of the family in the lives of
respondents (88%). At the same time, tendencies toward more egalitarian attitudes are identified among educated urban youth. The
study contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of cultural values under conditions of modernization and provides practical
recommendations for education, organizations, and intercultural communication.
